The flagship XWUIAffix demo. It pins a toolbar to the top of the viewport, stacks a second bar at a larger offset, pins an action bar to the bottom, and shows that `content` accepts either a live HTMLElement or a markup string.

Filler blocks make the page tall enough to scroll past each affix threshold and back again.
