The flagship XWUIAvatar demo: the full size ladder, circle and square shapes with
optional borders, image versus deterministic initials fallback, presence pips and
corner tags. It closes with a team roster and a live identity switcher driven by
`setName`, `setSrc` and `setStatus`.
