The flagship tour of XWUIBarAjax. It covers the indeterminate sweep, determinate progress values, the `size` and `color` knobs driven by theme tokens, top versus bottom anchoring, and the difference between `scope: "container"` (pinned to a card) and `scope: "viewport"` (the site wide route loader).

The final section runs the real lifecycle: `start()` for unknown duration, `setProgress()` once a percentage is known, and `finish()` to hide the bar, including a simulated upload that walks through all three.
