The busy-state overlay in every shape it ships with: scoped panel blocking next to a free panel, the three spinner sizes, and message-only blocking for read-only or maintenance states.

The last two sections drive it at runtime with `setBlocked()` and `setMessage()`, including a full-screen block that releases itself after 1.5 seconds so the demo stays usable.
