The flagship XWUIInputEmoji demo. It walks through the default category-grouped grid, a flat ungrouped grid, a preselected value, a compact `maxHeight` variant, and a live selection readout driven by the public `onChange` callback.

Each instance mounts into its own child div because an XWUI component clears its container on construct.
