The flagship XWUINavDock demo. It walks through the magnifying macOS-style bottom dock, a flat non-magnifying toolbar, a vertical left-edge dock with a stronger `scaleMax`, and a right-edge dock.

Every dock mounts into its own child div because an XWUI component clears its container on construct.
