The flagship XWUISettingLanguage demo. It walks through the default chip with circular flags, a different starting locale, a custom `flagHtml` override, flags turned off for a denser chrome, and the fallback to the first locale when `current` is omitted.

Every chip mounts into its own child div because an XWUI component clears its container on construct.
