# Status Bar Groups

The status bar splits into START / CENTRE / END slots via `statusBarStart` / `statusBar` / `statusBarEnd` - branch & sync on the left, a centre message, cursor position & encoding right-aligned. `setStatusBarSlot('center', …)` updates a slot at runtime.
