The flagship XWUISplitter demo. It walks through the vertical (width) and horizontal (height) resize axes, resizing the previous versus the next sibling pane with `target`, IDE-style snap detents, and the typed `onResize` event stream driving a live status readout.

Every splitter mounts into a dedicated host div placed between two sibling panes, since it resizes whichever sibling `target` points at.
