The flagship tour of `XWUIChart2DHistogram`: a payload-size by latency joint bin table drawn as
one flattened frequency profile, the per-bucket marginal slices, grid, axis and value-label
toggles, the four block presets, the pseudo-3D projection and the loading skeleton. Each
instance mounts into its own fresh child div, since an XWUI component clears its container on
construct.
