The flagship tour of `XWUIChartArc`, the chart that draws a `nodes` plus `links` network instead of a series. It walks the four block presets, the sm / md / lg size scale, link weighting (the link value sets the arc thickness), three topologies (hub and spoke, seasonal subset, full mesh) and the loading skeleton.

The final section is a seasonal route board where two buttons push a different link set through `setData()`.
