The flagship tour of `XWUIChartContourSurface`: a steady-state heated plate sampled on a
lattice and drawn as a pseudo-3D tile surface, the sm / md / lg size scale, coarse-to-fine
lattice resolution, and the three field shapes the surface reads best (single peak, twin
modes, diagonal ridge). Each instance mounts into its own fresh child div, since an XWUI
component clears its container on construct.
