A full tour of `XWUIChartDial`, the half circle gauge that reads the first point of the first series as its value. The sections cover the basic dial, how the scale is derived (an implicit 100 or an explicit ceiling point), the four block presets, the three sizes, the title, legend and hover readout, the pseudo-3D transform, the loading skeleton and a compact KPI strip.

Every instance mounts into its own child div because an XWUI component clears the container it is given, and all styling comes from theme tokens so the page reads correctly in light and dark themes.
