The flagship tour of `XWUIChartErrorBar`. It covers the measurement plus uncertainty data model (the measured value and its reported spread as sibling series), per-series fill overrides via `style.fill`, the four block variants, the three sizes, axis and grid furniture, hover interactivity, the pseudo-3D transform, and the loading skeleton.

Every chart mounts into its own freshly created host element, because an XWUI component clears the container it is given.
