The flagship tour of `XWUIChartGeospatialSurface`. It walks the four block presets, the sm / md / lg size scale, how the sample count decides the grid density, the built in isometric transform (`use3D` plus `rotation3D`), and the chrome, loading and hover options.

It closes with a field survey board: an elevation field and a temperature field on the large canvas, tilted from opposite angles.
