The flagship tour of `XWUIChartKnittingPattern`. It walks the four block presets, the sm / md / lg size scale, the stitch value labels, the chrome toggles (title, legend, loading skeleton) and the hover interactivity that makes each cell selectable.

It closes with an 8 by 8 fair isle repeat on the large canvas, every stitch labelled with its yarn weight.
