The flagship tour of `XWUIChartMatrixBubble`. It lays two real grids out (a team skills audit and an incident-frequency matrix) where each series is a row and each point a column, then walks the four block variants, the three sizes, the bubble marker styles, chart furniture, hover interactivity, the pseudo-3D transform, and the loading skeleton.

Every chart mounts into its own freshly created host element, because an XWUI component clears the container it is given.
