The flagship tour of `XWUIChartMeanCI`. It plots a mean estimate flanked by its 95% upper and lower bounds (an A/B conversion test and a clinical dose response), then walks the four block variants, the three sizes, stroke and dash styling, marker styles, chart furniture, hover interactivity, the pseudo-3D transform, and the loading skeleton.

Every chart mounts into its own freshly created host element, because an XWUI component clears the container it is given.
