The flagship tour of `XWUIChartOccupancyMatrix`: occupancy per time slot, where each series is one row of the matrix and the renderer draws a column per cell of the first series.

It walks the four block presets, the sm/md/lg canvas scale, a row per chart layout, the grid and axis furniture, occupancy labels, hover tooltips, the isometric 3D transform and a building wide desk utilisation report. All sample readings are inlined, so nothing changes between reloads.
