The flagship tour of `XWUIChartPackedBubble`: values packed as non overlapping circles whose area is proportional to the value, so radius follows the square root of the magnitude.

It shows both accepted inputs (a flat series, or a hierarchy in `data.nodes` that is flattened to its leaves), then walks the sm / md / lg size scale, the four block presets, value labels, hover tooltips and the title and loading chrome.
