A full tour of XWUIChartPolarScatter: the four block presets, the sm/md/lg size
scale, title and legend chrome, value labels, angular resolution from four to
twenty four azimuths, the pseudo-3D transform, and the loading skeleton. The
closing section builds an antenna sweep bench whose buttons re-mount the
interactive chart on a different radio band.
