A flagship tour of `XWUIChartProjectDependencyTimeline` built on a database migration plan, where each event on the spine is one milestone and the stalk length shows how much work it unblocks. The sections cover the four block variants, the three size presets, the furniture toggles (grid, axis spines, title, legend), event labels, hover interactivity, the pseudo-3D transform, the loading skeleton, and a production-ready tile.

Every chart mounts into its own freshly created host element, because an XWUI component clears the container it is constructed into.
