# Catalase Assay

Oxygen gas collected from a catalase + hydrogen-peroxide reaction over 110 seconds, run at 25 C and 35 C, where the steeper warm curve and its earlier plateau show how temperature raises the initial rate and brings the reaction to completion sooner.
