The flagship tour of `XWUIChartRollingAverage`. It walks the four block presets, the sm/md/lg canvas scale, a window-length comparison (3, 5, 7 and 14 day trailing means over the same raw signal), every display toggle, the marker and stroke controls (`dataPointStyle`, `lineStyle`, `lineWeight`, `lineArrows`), the isometric `use3D` mode with `stackSeriesInZ`, and the loading skeleton.

It ends with a smoothing desk: a large canvas plus buttons that recompute the trailing mean and push it through `setData()`, so the lag-versus-noise trade of each window is visible immediately.
