The flagship tour of `XWUIChartStripPlot`, plotting one mark per rental listing for two neighbourhoods so the whole price spread stays visible instead of collapsing into an average. It covers the four block presets, the sm / md / lg canvas scale, the four marker styles, the axis furniture toggles, and per series point bundles beside the loading skeleton.

It closes on a real world rent spread board with grid values, hollow marks for the crowded low end and hover tooltips.
