The flagship tour of `XWUIChartSunburst`: a hierarchy from `data.nodes` drawn as concentric rings, where each slice angle is proportional to its value and every child ring subdivides its parent slice.

It walks both ring depths (flat nodes, then nested children), the sm / md / lg size scale, the four block presets, the title and legend chrome and the loading skeleton, and ends with a live switcher that pushes a whole new node tree through `setData()`.
