The flagship tour of `XWUIChartSupplyAndDemand`: a rising supply curve and a falling demand curve sampled at the same price points, so the crossing reads as the market clearing price.

It walks the four block presets, the sm / md / lg size scale, every display toggle (legend, grid, grid values, axis spines, title, data labels), stroke weight, dash patterns, endpoint arrows and per-series style overrides, then a demand shift as a third series, the isometric projection and the loading skeleton.

The final section is a live switcher: one large canvas plus a button per market that pushes a new pair of curves through `setData()`.
