The flagship tour of `XWUIChartThresholdReferenceLine`: an API latency trace read against a
flat, dashed SLA series, stacked warn and breach levels, the sm / md / lg size scale,
per-series styling that keeps the threshold quieter than the data, printed readings, the
chrome toggles plus the four block presets, and the pseudo-3D and loading states. Each
instance mounts into its own fresh child div, since an XWUI component clears its container
on construct.
