The flagship tour of `XWUIChartTornado`: a project NPV sensitivity study drawn as back to back bars around a shared centre axis, the two sided data model (first series left, second series right, single series mirrored), per series colours from theme tokens, the four block presets and the sm / md / lg size scale, hover interaction and the loading skeleton, and the isometric 3D projection.

Bar length comes from the magnitude of `y`, so both sides carry positive numbers and the side itself encodes the direction of the swing.
