A minimal HUD hotbar: `maxSlots` is lowered to four so only four positions render, and `showDragHint` is set to `false` to drop the "Drag spells to slots • Click to clear" helper line, leaving a tight always-on action bar with two abilities pre-equipped and the rest draggable from the tray.
