Pushes `current` above `max` and sets the `overencumbered` flag, so the bar enters its over state, pins the fill to 100%, and appends the "OVERENCUMBERED" warning to the label. Demonstrates the heaviest band of the carry-weight readout when a hauler is over the cap.
