A read-only notice board that sets `showCompose` to `false` to drop the header Compose button and `showAttachments` to `false` so no attachment chips appear, even if data carried them. The `inbox` holds plain text announcements from the Game Masters and Support, with `selected` opening the maintenance notice and one `read: false` entry keeping the unread badge active.
