A launcher panel with four splash variants: a standard branded intro, a quick flash for fast loads, a non-skippable legal splash, and a custom background color. Since the splash renders as a fixed full-screen overlay, each card launches its variant on demand into a shared host element instead of stacking multiple overlays at once.
