OPFlow AI Assistant V.2 landing - empty transcript, welcome panel visible, 2x2 OPFlow-spec suggested-prompt grid. Clicking a prompt or sending a message kicks off the built-in placeholder echo flow (user bubble + "Thinking..." assistant bubble) until the consumer wires `onSend` to a real LLM.
