Performance Ratings page with the OPFlow tabula-rasa defaults - all KPIs at zero / N/A, both feed panels rendering their empty-state strings, and the Project evaluation type selected by default. Employee + Project + Department dropdowns receive a small representative sample so reviewers can see the dropdown shape.
