Ops 'Warehouse' page seeded with realistic OPFlow-spec sample data: 4 inventory rows (one with the orange "Pending → OB02" transfer warning), 3 transfer tickets (one per Kanban column, the Returns Due ticket carries the 19-day overdue counter quoted at OPFlow line 2950), 2 active maintenance tickets (the EVS LSM-VIA Remote with its 27-day overdue expected date - line 3013), 2 history-ledger entries, and a small 3-category tree with one sub-category. Default tab is 'inventory'.
