# Panel Options

Each key is opt-in on the plain panel: `toolCallStyle: "chip"` draws one basic `XWUIToolCallChip` per call instead of the text dump; `streamingIndicator: "caret"` puts a blinking caret at the end of the text instead of a block character on its own line; `approvalPlacement: "inline"` moves an approval into the message that owns its tool call; `messageActions` adds the basic `XWUIResponseActionBar` under a finished assistant message; `composerConfig` composes `XWUIInputChat` in stop mode in place of the plain textarea.
