# Weekly timesheet A weekly timesheet built from configuration alone on the flat data grid: the item column is pinned to the start edge and the running total to the end edge, every working day is an hours cell you edit in place, and a summary row adds up each day and the week. Double-click a day, or move to it with the arrow keys and press Enter or F2: a number field opens over the cell, Enter keeps the value, Escape puts it back, and clicking elsewhere keeps it. The grid writes the hours into the row and emits `edit` with the previous value; this example uses it to keep the Total column in step, before the grid repaints. Friday and Saturday are not working days here, so they are not editable and the summary row shows them as 0 from `data.footer`. Switch the page to Arabic (`lang="ar"`, `dir="rtl"`) or to a dark theme and the same grid mirrors and re-themes: the pinned columns swap sides and Left and Right arrows follow the reading direction. Rows use `density: 'comfortable'`, so every control is at least 24 px tall.
