AI prompt chrome on the unified `XWUIInputChat` composer (`surface: "prompt"`): slash-commands compose `XWUICommandPalette`, autonomy defaults to `suggest`, and `onSubmit` emits `{ text, commandId? }` for the host to route. The composer never calls an LLM.
