Flagship tour of XWUILayoutFooter: the old 5-block footer data shape (copyright, columns, a flat link row, logo, newsletter labels and socialLinks) taken from minimal to full-featured. XWUILayoutFooter is a deprecated alias - it translates this data losslessly onto XWUIBarSiteFooter, so `block` and `size` are still accepted for backward compat but have no visual effect here; new code should import XWUIBarSiteFooter directly for full styling control (see its examples/).
