# Team workload week The plnx workload week built from configuration alone: people with avatars on the row headers, fourteen days with the weekday above the day number, today in the accent, load cells coloured by three bands with the percentage always printed, non-working days hatched from the work calendar, a bold Total column that turns red above 100 percent, a band legend and a rebalance suggestion with an Apply action. Hover or focus a pill that has details to read what makes up the load. Switch the page to Arabic (`lang="ar"`, `dir="rtl"`) and the matrix mirrors, shows Hijri day numbers and Arabic weekday names, keeps Western digits, and keeps every percentage reading left to right. Keyboard: Tab enters the matrix at one pill, arrow keys move between pills (visual order, so they flip under RTL), Home and End jump within a row, Ctrl+Home and Ctrl+End jump across the matrix.
