# Work management board The plnx kanban screen from configuration alone, seeded from the prototype's sixteen items: four status columns drawn as a coloured pill with a glyph, a card count and an hours sum; cards with a phase eyebrow, a date and hours line, a conflict warning, Overdue and Due today chips, an Over capacity flag with a danger ring, and the owner's avatar at the inline end of the row. The card menu (`cardActions: ['move', 'assign']`) moves and reassigns a card without dragging, `announceDrops` reads every move aloud, and `externalDrop` lets a card be dropped on a person in the capacity rail beside it (`XWUICapacityRail`), which also offers a rebalance suggestion with Apply and Ignore. Switch the page to Arabic or dark: the board mirrors, digits stay Western, and the pill, ring and chips follow the theme.
