Cold-launches XWUISuperChat on the Slack-style Channels leaf - an `XWUIChannelList` rail (#general, #ops-daily, #incidents, #random) beside an `XWUIChatTranscript` of the selected channel. Shown as the supported equivalent of an attachments view, since the shell seeds plain-text messages.
