# Basic Usage

A standalone helpdesk Super-app shell mounted into `#app` with a Support Lead identity, `activeKey: "helpdesk-dashboard"`, and `notifications: 0`. It lands on the synthesized KPI dashboard (Open Tickets / Avg. First Response / SLA Met % / CSAT); every other sidebar leaf opens an XWUIEmpty placeholder until the real `industry/helpdesk/` components are built.
