It lands on `mfg-dashboard`, which synthesizes the four headline MES KPIs (Active Work Orders, OEE %, Scrap %, On-time Production); every other sidebar leaf opens an XWUIEmpty placeholder until the real `industry/manufacturing/` components are built.
